The Old Spaghetti Factory Canada is a Canadian-owned chain of Italian family restaurants decorated with stained glass, antique light fixtures and vintage artifacts; its first Vancouver restaurant is in historic Gastown. Under its 'It's All Included' format, every entrée comes with hot sourdough bread, minestrone soup or green salad, spumoni ice cream and coffee or tea. The company says it runs 15 restaurants, with locations in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Toronto.
