These terms cover every page of DinersDeals and our llms.txt files. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We research offers from restaurant websites, apps and official social accounts, and we show the date of the last check on every deal. We do this on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current or available at a particular branch.

Restaurants can change prices, days, hours, menu items, eligibility and participating locations at any time without telling us. Deals labelled Unconfirmed could not be confirmed at the last check and may be out of date. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may not include tax, tips, delivery or service fees.

Restaurant and branch details, including names, addresses, phone numbers, opening hours, cuisines, dine-in, takeout and delivery options and map links, come from restaurant websites and other public sources. Like deals, they are shown on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current.

Opening hours are a guide only. A branch can change its hours, close early, close for a statutory holiday, renovation, private event or bad weather, or close for good without notice, and holiday hours are often different from the regular hours we show. Kitchen, patio, delivery and happy hour times can also differ from the dining room's hours. Call the branch or check the restaurant's official website before you travel, and do not rely on our listing for allergy, dietary or accessibility information.

Food photos are for illustration only and may not show the actual menu item, portion or presentation. They are licensed stock images, not photos supplied by or taken at the restaurants listed, so what you are served may look different.

Before you visit, order or plan around a deal:

• Check the offer on the restaurant's official website or app. Every deal on the site links to the source we checked.
• Ask your branch if you are unsure. Chains often let each location opt in or set its own price.
• If our listing and the restaurant's information differ, the restaurant's information is correct.

Each listing describes an offer that a restaurant has published. The restaurant sets the offer and its terms, decides which branches take part and decides whether to honour it. DinersDeals does not sell food, take orders, issue coupons or act on behalf of any restaurant.

DinersDeals is an independent restaurant deals directory and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the restaurants listed unless expressly stated. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Offers, prices and participation may vary by location and can change without notice. Always confirm with the restaurant.

Restaurant names are used only to identify the businesses whose offers we describe.

• You are welcome to link to any page and to quote individual listings with a link back to the page you quoted.
• Automated access is welcome through llms.txt and llms-full.txt. Please cache responses and keep request rates reasonable.
• If you republish our listings, pass on that they are best effort and should be confirmed with the restaurant.
• Do not present our listings as your own, and do not suggest that a restaurant or DinersDeals endorses you.
• Do not use the site to break the law, or in a way that disrupts it or overloads it.

When you submit a deal or send a correction, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you allow us to use, edit and publish it. We check submissions against official sources and may decline any of them.

We link to restaurant websites and map services for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, offers or privacy practices.

The site and its listings are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DinersDeals is not liable for any loss or cost that results from using the site or relying on a listing. That includes an offer that a restaurant changes, ends, prices differently or does not honour, and any trip, order or booking made because of a listing.

You are responsible for how you use the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

If a listing is wrong, or you own a name or content shown on the site and want it changed or removed, email contact@dinersdeals.com with the page link. Details are on the contact page.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
